Order Status
Has my order shipped?
As soon as your order ships, our system automatically generates an Order Shipped email that is sent to you. Should you have any questions, please call us at 800-251-5009 Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern time, or you may email us at customerservice@
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
If you wish to make a change to or cancel your order, please call us Monday through Friday at 800-251-5009 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern time, as soon as possible. Note that once an order has shipped, it can no longer be altered.
How do I track my order?
We will email you when your order ships. The email will include tracking information, which you can click on to learn the status of your delivery. Please note that many orders ship in multiple packages, so it is possible that your order will arrive over a period of days.
My order never arrived.
Please click on the tracking numbers we sent you to be sure all of the items in your order have actually been delivered. Note that in some cases, particularly with larger orders, the items in your order may not all arrive on the same day. An item is missing from my shipment.
