We do not currently send marketing emails, text messages, or postal mail. If you provide your email address at checkout, we use it to send you information about your order (order and shipping confirmations and replies to your questions), not promotional messages.

The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children. As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

Security and Retention of Your Information

We do not store your payment card number. Payments on our Site are processed by Shopify and its payment processors on secure, PCI DSS–compliant systems; we receive only confirmation that your payment was completed and, where needed for customer service, the last four digits of the card.

Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security." In addition, any information you send to us may not be secure while in transit. We recommend that you do not use insecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information to us.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it. Order records are retained for as long as necessary for tax, accounting, warranty, and customer-service purposes. Records of visitors who did not place an order (for example, an email address entered at a checkout that was not completed) are periodically deleted under a documented retention schedule. We may retain a limited, encrypted record of deleted contact information for a defined period solely so that we can notify affected individuals if a security incident is later discovered.
